Join Food & Beverage Social Club and Devil's Logic Brewing for an interactive, educational and progressive dining experience, surrounding the beer brewing process!

During this dinner event, each guest will enjoy a 6 course, off-the-menu, tapas style meal. Each course will be paired with a 5 oz. pour of Devil's Logic beer.

The entire food menu will be designed around each step of the beer brewing process - mash, hop, boil, fermentation, filtration, and aging/carbonation. Throughout the meal, you will learn detailed information about how beer is brewed, and enjoy a walkthrough of Devil's Logic's brew house.

This event will take place on Thursday, June 9th at Devil's Logic Brewing in midtown Charlotte. This edgy yet approachable brewery is located in the rapidly expanding Cherry neighborhood of Charlotte. Devil's Logic serves a wide variety of freshly brewed beers, Kombuchas, and coffee. Not to mention, they feature one of the best views of the city from their upper patio!

A representative from Devil's Logic will join us throughout the meal to answer any questions that attendees may pose about the beer brewing process, how to pair beer with certain flavors, and any other beer-related topics!

Dinner is Brewing Menu

Amuse Bouche: Mash

Spent grain cracker, whipped house ricotta, hop honey drizzle.

First Course: Hop

Hop-salt cured salmon, local melon, prosciutto, gose caviar.

Second Course: Boil

Hazy citrus-poached shrimp, orange, fennel, coriander, thyme flowers.

Third Course: Fermentation

Sourdough pasta, cultured butter, grain gremolata.

Fourth Course: Filtration

Pecan malt-crusted pork tenderloin and local vegetables, slow cooked in spent grains, with a mash consum.

Fifth Course: Aging/carbonation

Barrel aged olive oil cake, stout glaze, carbonated berries

Important Note

This event will take place in the private dining area on the second floor of Devil's Logic Brewing. Devil's Logic does not have an elevator. All guests will walk up two short flights of stairs to get to the event space. If you have questions about this, please reach out to the F&B Social Club team prior to purchasing tickets.

Safety & Sanitization Protocol

F&B Social Club is dedicated to being transparent about our Safety & Sanitization Protocol during the global health crisis. Devil's Logic may require their employees to be masked. Although you are not required to be masked, you are more than welcome to wear a mask whenever it makes you most comfortable.

Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested through the Eventbrite Platform, but are not guaranteed. We assess refunds on a case-by-case basis. If we can fill your seat from our Waitlist, we will refund you, minus Eventbrite fees. If we cannot fill your seat, or if there is not enough time to fill your seat, then we cannot guarantee a refund due to the fact that we have guaranteed minimums and guest counts with our culinary partners.
