Disabilities in the Workplace

Description

The majority of disabilities, ranging from physical to cognitive impairments, do not make a person unable to work. Some of the brightest minds in the world have had very severe disabilities and still continued to fully contribute in their fields with the right kind of support.

As an employer or a recruiter, you might be at a loss with where to start when you're either thinking of hiring a candidate with a disability or when an employee's capabilities change unexpectedly as a result of an illness or an accident.

Tune in on Wednesday December 15, at 16.30-17.45 EET (15.30-16.45 CET) when Pauliina Lampinen, Executive Director at VAMLAS, and Marko Jääskeläinen, Founder & CEO at Accessia Consulting will answer some of those questions and give practical advice on improving accessibility in this free webinar + Q&A!
