industries. He is currently interviewing dozens of predators
who have kidnapped, raped, and murdered real estate agents.
The information he has gleaned from talking to the offenders is
vitally critical for those who work in the real estate industry to
learn, adapt and utilize in their daily activities to stay safe.
Along with interviewing offenders for his true crime podcast,
Phil travels the country training law enforcement, school
administration, faculty and staff, real estate agents and other
professionals on how they can recognize the warning signs,
causes and triggers of violence to protect themselves and keep
their loved ones safe. When not traveling, Phil enjoys spending
time with his wife, Wendi, and his deaf boxer, Daisy, who is
learning American Sign Language. He also loves driving his Dodge Challenger and cheering for the Cleveland Browns!
