Early Bird walk Forsyth with a Health Coach

Need some motivation to get up and move before you start the day?

Join me at 7 am to walk around Forsyth. Walk or jog and talk while getting the blood moving, setting your circadian rhythm with morning sunshine to create a healthy start to your day and week!

Stay for 30 min or the full hour.

We'll meet at the South end of the park, where Bull and Park Streets meet (across from Brighter Day and between the tennis and basketball courts).

You can also find us walking around the perimeter if you arrive late. RSVP to get my phone number so you can catch up with us. This will be a prompt start of meet at 6:55 and walk at 7. Let's get the blood pumping before the sun rises!
