Earth Day Meditation: Observing Our Body, Appreciating the Earth

Description

Friday, April 22 | 12:00 – 12:30pm ET | $10-108 sliding scale donation | Live-streamed via Zoom

100% of the proceeds from this session will benefit humanitarian relief efforts in Ukraine.

In this Earth Day-themed meditation session facilitated by Lobsang Tenpa, we will take a journey through the 5 natural elements in our own body and in the natural environment. Cultivating the qualities of awareness, clarity of vision, and appreciation, we will be able to fine-tune our perception of the material world to become better members of the living community that is nature.

Venerable Lobsang Tenpa is the instructor of our 42-hour Cultivating Emotional Balance training, starting on April 16.
