The pandemic has been hard on all of us in various ways, including financially. Eating nutritious foods is essential to our health, but it doesn't have to cost a fortune. In this workshop, you'll learn creative ways for eating healthy while saving money, including ideas for planning meals, grocery shopping hacks, and cooking tips to keep your belly full of nourishing foods and your wallet more full of your hard-earned cash.

Alison T. Brill is a certified health coach, MPH, BSW, with 15 years of public health and mental wellness experience rooted in health equity. She provides support to people with food sensitivities and IBS, specializing in women's digestive wellness and LGBTQ well-being, and is inclusive of all bodies.
