Edible Gardening Series: ABCs of Gardening in Southwest Florida (webinar)

Description

Join Extension Agents Rod Greder, Carol Wyatt-Evens and Mindy Hanak for a three-part, hybrid series to help you master vegetable gardening in southwest Florida. You will watch pre-recorded videos in our UF/IFAS Edible Gardening Series and then we will meet three times online for discussion and Q&A. Please register only at ufsarasotaext.eventbrite.com rather than any third-party sites, to make sure you receive any notifications or updates about these events.

We will meet on Zoom on July 20, August 3 and 17 from 6:30-8:30.

Register by July 10th for FREE. $10 after that date.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn about Florida's unique climate, water and soil resources.
  • Hear about what plants work here and what don't.
  • Learn how to deal with diseases, insects and weeds.
  • See how to keep it fun and rewarding
