• How you can outplay, outwit and out last your problem children.
• How to improve accountability at the organizational and supervisory levels of your agency.
You will learn what games that are actually being played and why problem employees are motivated to play these games. You will also learn how to turn many of the negatives into positives for your team.
In addition, participants will learn:
• How to strengthen your team in spite of the influences of problem employees.
• How to interpret body language and other key communication concepts.
• How to regain your serenity in the middle of the problem child’s game.
• Effective and practical methods for addressing problem employees
DETAILS:
• This is an online Zoom Meeting program. It is a live, interactive workshop and participants will be required to have their cameras on and be able to be seen for the entire time.
• Registration is limited to 50 participants on a first come-first served basis.
TARGET AUDIENCE: All members of the criminal justice community (sworn or non-sworn). Training is especially valuable for those in supervisory positions.
