The 4-week Rest in Your Power series at Canvas Institute is hosted by Embrace Change Yoga. This yoga class is open to beginners or advanced practitioners that would like to re-engage their understanding of the yoga poses (asanas) fundamentals. This class will balance an active strengthening of the body and mind connection, and a restful sequence that allows you to slow down.

Dafina A. Lovelace, a yoga instructor and financial wellness coagh, is the founder of Embrace Change Yoga, a mobile yoga studio. Embrace Change Yoga hosts private and group yoga classes, online and on-location with corporate, civic, and educational organizational leaders. The goal of Embrace Change Yoga is to inspire leaders to implement a yoga practice that enables them to navigate change and gain flexibility, strength, and improved alignment so they can bend but don’t break as they mold themselves and their communities.
