A significant part of the destiny of every follower of Jesus is to be transformed into His likeness. As Christian life coaches we have a remarkable opportunity to come alongside other apprentices of Jesus and empower them to realize their amazing potential in Him. This two-day training course will delve into the subject of how the coach approach can enhance conversations with others to help them grow spiritually. 

While diving deeper into an understanding of the coach approach and its value, this course will also introduce participants to various Biblical concepts and coaching tools to help clients become aware of where God is initiating change and how they can engage God in that process. 

As an advanced coach training course, participants must have first completed Course 100 - Foundations in Coaching. A Participant's Package will accompany the workshop. The book Faith Coaching - A Conversational Approach to Helping Others Move Forward in Faith, by Chad Hall, Bill Copper, and Kathryn Mc Elveen, is required reading for this workshop. We recommend reading the book prior to the workshop.
