Karen Cooper is the CEO of the Platinum Group Real Estate team at Pearson Smith Realty. Not only does Karen have three kids of her own, but she also manages a team of 23 women – all moms. She also founded Empowering Women In Real Estate. The group was founded out of craving a safe place to share ideas and challenges for women in or supporting the real estate industry.
