Prior to submitting payment through Eventbrite, you must have completed and returned the Licensing Contract. The order for the payment is a minimum of 25 attendees.

You can only submit payment on Eventbrite in increments of 25 attendees. Our firm arranged this in such a manner because if you have 35 attendees, for example, you need to submit payment for 50 attendees. Two orders/payments for 25 attendees each. The current licensing fee is $335, per attendee/student (min of 25 students), for a 3-month contract. Eventbrite has a processing fee for each total order/payment to process.
