We will discuss the importance of well drafted documents for Estate and Long-Term Care Planning including, Durable Financial and Medical Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Wills, and Trusts. We will then present an overview of Long Term Care Options and Asset Protection Planning to qualify for Medicaid & Veteran's Benefits.

The Program will take place in the Verne Koch Program Room on the ground floor of the library. Park in the back of the library as access is easier.
