Understanding Competency Requirements for Mediators and Parties

Join us for a discussion of competency in the mediation process. We’ll unpack the Model Standards of Conduct requirements of competency for both mediators and parties and work through real world examples to help you know when you should mediate and when you shouldn’t, as well when a party is unable to meaningfully participate in the mediation process.
