Your calm presence may be the most valuable assest you have for supporting youth mental health at this time when many youth are stuggling. Youth are mirroring adult behavior now more than ever. It is important that adults are modeling healthy ways to take care of themselves. After this training you will be prepared to have conversations with youth about everyday mental wellness and healthy habits in both of your lives. You will have a shared language that promotes effective youth/adult partnerships/
