It's Monday again, which means it's time to get back into the swing of things. Before charging into the week, let's take a moment to center ourselves with our highest purpose.

This yoga and fascial flow is the perfect way to start your week off with peace and inner alignment.

Join us this Monday evening for an hour of relaxation, flexibility and rejuvenation. No experience required and all levels are welcome. This is for you if you're looking for a gentle stretch, meditative movement, and stress relief.

Instructors

This class will be hosted Selena & Elle. They're both part of the team here at the Human Potential Academy. Aside from operations and marketing, these two powerhouses embody the values we hold dear and true at the Human Potential Academy. It's why we've selected them to guide you in your weekly Monday check-in!

About Fascial Flow

The fascial maneuvers are a philosophy of movement, developed by the Human Garage. The poses are focused on placing the body into a state of peak performance to allow the body to self heal. We will gently twist, breathe, and stretch our bodies to release the restriction that has held our bodies and minds captive. In this process, you'll find a rebalancing of nervous system, organs, meridians, muscles, and bones.

What to bring

  • wear comfortable loose fitted clothing that fosters ease of movement
  • yoga mat
  • water
  • optional (towel, block, yoga straps, jacket for the walk back to the car)

Cost

We believe there is an abundant well of resources from which we can all partake with ease. No one will be turned away. Donations are gladly accepted and appreciated.
