Exploring and Mapping the System of Undergraduate STEM Education

Description

The Roundtable on Systemic Change in Undergraduate STEM Education is hosting a hybrid meeting to examine how we can better understand and improve undergraduate STEM education. We will explore how the interactions of many stakeholders with diverse influences and constraints contribute to the current system, and explore opportunities for making the system better.

Panel discussions and break out sessions will focus on key themes, potential levers for change, interactions between the various levels (classroom, department, institution, etc.) and the wide variety of stakeholders (students, educators, employers, community, funders, accreditors, policy-makers, etc) that comprise the system of higher education.

Please consider joining us—either in person in Washington, D.C. or virtually—to discuss these important topics and connect with other individuals dedicated to this important work.
