The Exploring Within Silent Disco experience is designed to inspire joy, healing, wellbeing, release, freedom, acceptance, creativity, self-love, community, authentic expression, and genuine connection. Come join us ~every Sunday from 5:30-sunset~ on our beautiful outdoor dance floor in paradise, as we create & dance freely by the ocean with noise-canceling wireless headsets to restore our minds, bodies, and hearts with art & music and as our medicine.

Experience the magic of Hawaii with friends and family in a unique way. Our events are a safe space for you to move and dance however you please, for there is no right or wrong way. Allow yourself to be moved by the music. Unleash your inner child. Trust yourself as you explore new movements. Exploring Within will free you to listen to your own body, flow with your emotions, and connect with your inner self, nature, and the world around you on a deeper level. All ages are welcome. Note:

• Reminder to please arrive 5-10 minutes early for parking/check-in
• We provide wireless noise-canceling silent disco headsets that will all be connected to the same channel for a fully immersive dance experience
• We also provide connection experiences including: games, face painting, body art, glitter, oracle card decks, paints, markers, writing supplies & writing prompts
• Please bring water to stay hydrated
