8) Vendors MUST BRING EVENTBRITE ticket receipt on paper before set up

9) Insured food vendors only

10) Set up Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2-6 pm, Saturdays 10:30 am. Unload back door only 43480 West Oaks Drive.

11) ALL exhibitors unload at back door only 43480 West Oaks Drive

12) 2 for 1 Admission coupons, make copies, email, ALL VENDORS and performers post online

13) Direct Sales ONE person each weekend

14) Exhibitors required to collect sales tax or claim income on your personal taxes

15) No sale of alcohol or drug related items. No cbd, hemp, cannabis, marijuana items

16) No guns, knives, weapons, explosives, fireworks, open flames at events or on property. No ccw. Posted

17) Abusive behavior by vendors will be termination and asked to leave, No Refund

18) Oakland County Business Association Inc Michigan, & property owner not liable for failure to fulfill this contract due to reasons of location event held before or during event if destroyed by fire, other calamity, acts of nature, weather, public enemy, strike, pandemic, ordinances or other legal authority beyond control.

19) Including negligence, shall OCBA Inc, and property owner, associates, families be not liable direct, indirect, special, consequential damages resulting from attending these events

20) If any section, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this contract is for any reason found invalid or unconstitutional by any court of in Oakland County, MI, such portion shall not affect the validity of remaining contract

21) This is a legally binding contract to exhibit EXPO MICHIGAN MARKETPLACE 2021 for dates listed. Legal disputes, exhibitor liable for legal expenses incurred by OCBA Inc Michigan, and property owner will be handled in court in Oakland County, MI

22) 2022 events inside a big retail store 50,000 square feet,

23) $5 admission to the public, cash only

24) 5 one dollar coupons with each paid admission, $1 off $11 purchase participating vendors, limit 1 coupon each transaction

25) SPACE ONLY vendor brings own tables, chairs, tablecloths. Not provided. Please nice displays, exhibits. Not a flea market.

26) SET UP includes 2 eight foot tables, 2 chairs, 2 tablecloths, set up ready. $100 each week rental

27) All exhibitors please keep EXPO MICHIGAN marketplace and restrooms clean. Everyone asked to help clean daily.

28) Everyone may be photographed or filmed to post on all media.

30) Set up pop up shop one weekend or set up one time and leave your pop up shop thru December 24, 2022 4 pm
