You can expect to workout outside with our team of coaches in a class of 45 minutes, which will begin at 09:00 AM on Saturday 24 September at the Plage des Eaux-Vives. Equipment will be provided and you will therefore only need to arrive in your sports outfit 15 minutes earlier with a bottle of water and a towel.

This event is totally free and open to everyone who is curious to see what our training concept is all about. So don't hesitate to join us with a friend or a family member ! Be careful, training spots are limited to 36 participants.
