In the Fall, trees shift from blooming outward to blooming inward, focusing on their needs to stay healthy through the colder weather and less sunlight. The vibrant beautiful colors are the trees storing their nutrients! Taking inspiration from the trees, we will start to shift inward, preparing ourselves with a positive mindset, nourishing, grounding foods, tips to boost the immune system, and a seasonal meditation.
