Who is this session for?

Anyone! We can do kids alone or family photos for these minis. For families of 5 + please ask about our longer session fall specials if you would like us to spend time capturing individual images of each child.

Where will we meet?

Lincoln Park attendees should meet in front of the Cafe Brauer on the driveway. We will send out exact meeting point on the week of your booking.

How will I receive my images?

We will email out a link to your own private online gallery where you will be able to download your high res images in one file or individually within 3 weeks

Will I have printing rights?

Yes you will have full printing rights. You can also order professional quality prints directly from your album but no obligation to do so.

How soon will I receive my pictures?

Please allow around 3 weeks. We also offer an expedited delivery service for $75 for 3 days. Please shoot us an email at studio@thekidographer.com to order this service

What happens if there is inclement weather?

We will reschedule with each individual booking

By Making Payment You Understand and Agree To The Following Terms:

Payment is due to reserve your session time and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your session, credit can be used toward a future session. Please let us know if you or a family member is not feeling well as soon as symptoms kick in, we will reschedule. Weather related cancellations are at the sole discretion of the Photographer.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Kidographer Inc. & Hummingbird Studios, its staff, partners, affiliates of any and all claims including but not limited to injury. You grant us permission to photograph you and your minor child(ren). All reasonable efforts will be made to capture desired poses but is not guaranteed. Images determined by the studio to be substandard or duplicated may be edited out. Our editor will use his/her professional judgment to select which photos to include in the final gallery. You will have access to your gallery for 90 days upon receipt. Clients are responsible for downloading and archiving the gallery in that time frame. Image files and galleries are not guaranteed past the 90 days and will likely be unrecoverable. Please note shoots are not listed on our calendar and items are not purchased unless payment is made in full. Copyright and ownership of images (by default) belong to the photographer and/or studio and may appear on its website, social media, and general marketing materials. If you have an objection to us using the images for marketing, you must inform us in writing prior to the shoot date. Clients can always ask to purchase these rights from the studio.
