On the wonderful Mersea Island we will build our own little corner of paradise, a community of people looking out for each other, where you will feel supported as parents, have a chance to experience a supportive community, relax in nature, develop important skills aroud communication with your children in fun and engaging sessions led by an expereinced facilitator, yoga teacher and family coach.
