Join me for this 1 hour introspective practice where we take time to connect to our bodies and calm our busy minds through breath, gentle movement and meditation. Each week we will focus on a new theme and introduce new variations to our practice as we improve our ability to interpret the messages from deep within. You will be left will simple tools that you can easily take off the mat and integrate into your daily life.
