This class is FREE to fire departments within the State of Minnesota. The fire department recruiter is an important role in the fire service who is tasked with maintaining a full roster to serve thier community. During this class, particpatants will learn how to attract new candidates to their department, best hiring practices, onboarding, interviewing, testing, training, and more. Today, we have to use modern tools to meet our current generations needs. Lunch is provided and participants will leave with items and information to help them search for new hires.
