First Baptist Church of Moorestown is hosting a SAY GAY Pride Dance to celebrate June Pride Month and help raise funds for GLSEN (The Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network) and The Attic Youth Center. Dance is for ages 18 and above. Across our country, "Don't Say Gay" and Anti-Trans bills/laws are being passed or introduced at an alarming rate. Our Trans siblings' rights to participate in sports, or to even exist, as their true selves are being diminished and/or eliminated. GLSEN and The Attic Youth Center are 2 organizations working to combat these laws. A $20.00 per ticket donation is suggested with proceeds going to these 2 organizations. Donate more if you can, less if you can't. Please bring your cash or check donations to the event door. Checks may be made payable to First Baptist Moorestown with "Say Gay" in the memo. Bring your dancing shoes and a friend or 2, and enjoy some great music, food and beverages, and proudly say GAY, and Lesbian, and Bi, and Trans, and Pan, and Ace, and Non-Binary, and STRAIGHT. If you are able, please bring a nonperishable food item to be donated to the First Baptist Church of Moorestown's Food Pantry. FBCM's food pantry distrubes food to around 160 individuals WEEKLY in and around the greater Moorestown area. Thank you!
