This is not a hike and requires very little distance.

As a Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, dance artist, and yogi, Celeste offers her presence in supporting a 1-4 hour immersive retreat in a natural setting where participants are invited to slow down the mind and body and awaken the physical and imaginal senses enough to become receptive to the medicine of the forest. With Celeste and in community, you are welcome to safely engage and explore the senses and cultivate a stronger relationship with yourself, other humans, and the world beyond humans in a gentle, trauma informed approach. A guide's primary objective is to allow the forest to give you what you need in a way that feels safe and supportive. Our motto is “The forest is the therapist, the guide opens the door.”
