Free mindfulness workshop

Description

Come and join me at Northcote Library to learn more about what mindfulness is, why it is important and how you can get started. You will learn about the benefits of mindfulness, how that can benefit your mental and physical health and level of happiness. I will be sharing the resources available to help you, we will do a short meditation practice and there will be time for a discussion afterwards.
