Halifax Job Centre are passionate about supporting local employers with their recruitment needs and can provide a wide range of services including (but not limited to):

• The opportunity to meet people looking for work through a variety of platforms – Job Fairs, Recruitment Events, Sector Based Work Academy Programme (a bespoke recruitment event that involves assessments, pre-employment training and work experience), one to one interview and much more.

• An individual Employer advisor who will work closely with you to simplify and shorten the recruitment process ensuring we put forward the correct candidates for your vacancies.

• Advice on setting up and offering Work Trials so you can see what any potential employee can offer.

• Advice about offering Work Experience and Apprenticeships.

• Support and advice on employing someone with a Health condition or Disability.

• Make use of our interview and group session rooms.

• Coverage of the whole district (Halifax, Brighouse, Elland & Todmorden).
