Often called "Meditation in Motion," Tai Chi helps us quiet the chatter in our minds and sink into The Flow as we practice its slow and graceful movements. It is the original Mindfulness exercise, and provides a host of physical benefits as well - stress reduction, lowering blood pressure and elevating our mood are just a few. We hope you join us!
