Full Moon Release Circle

Our full moon circles are all about connection, celebration and release. Together we will get into our breath and our bodies, working to move stagnant energy from our systems, releasing what no longer serves us. Each month we will reflect upon a new theme, recognizing our progress and looking at how we can continue to move into further alignment, physical, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
