Functional Nutrition for Anxiety and Attention with Jesse Haas, CNS, LN

Description

What - and how - you eat will impact much more than just your physical body. The food you choose and your mood are more connected than you may think! Anxiety, depression, memory, stress, and attention are all influenced by what you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner (and anything in between). Understanding the interactions between what we eat, how we feel and what we think or feel empowers us to care for ourselves body, mind and spirit. Jesse Haas, functional nutritionist and co-founder of Wellness Minneapolis, will share some doable strategies for addressing anxiety and attention challenges with food and nutrition.

Because this class was rescheduled from its original date of March 16th, this class will be recorded. A link to the recording will be sent with a recap email on the Thursday following the live class. Please feel free to email info@wellnessmpls.com with any questions you would like answered during the Q&A section of the class.
