The trippiest cannabis enhanced yoga class is back in-person!

This class is a magical space where Cannabis, Yoga and Community come together to chill and elevate your soul. Javi’s classes can be described as a blend of slow vinyasa flow, relaxing vibes, grounded spirituality and a touch of latino spice.

About the Class

Ganja Yoga begins with a brief check-in circle and slowly step into movement. Class is catered to all levels of experience, you are welcome to pause at any moment and rest in child's pose or savasana. The class is set to an atmosphere of trippy music and soft lighting which invite the exploration of the deep psychedelic realms within. Each trip is unique!

Cannabis Use

Cannabis use is always optional in this class. If you're new to cannabis you might start off with CBD or a low THC option. Vaping, tinctures, topicals and edibles are all welcome.

This is a 21+ BYOW (Bring your own Weed) event. Having said that, sharing among adults is legal in the state of California.

COVID Safety

This is an indoor venue and we encourage everyone to be responsible and take care of yourself and others. Masks are optional. If you have any Flu or COVID like symptoms, please refrain from attending, we’re happy to reschedule your class for when you’re feeling better.

About Javi

Javiera (@javiera.yoga) is a Ganja Yoga instructor and Cannabis Guide trained by Dee Dussault and Daniel McQueen. Javi has specialized in Trauma Recovery Yoga and also works with clients in preparation, guidance and integration of psychedelic journeys. Since 2019 Javi began leading the San Francisco Ganja Yoga community and in 2020 began teaching Ganja Yoga Online. Javi is also an Integral Nutrition Coach and currently works as the Training Program coordinator for the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness. In her free time Javi likes to go hiking in the redwoods, care for her plants and two kitties.
