Gentle Vinyasa - IN STUDIO

Description

In this Vinyasa flow inspired class, students will utilize syncing their cadence of breath with pace of movement for a deeper mind + body connection. The conscious breath can be used as a tool to tap in with the more subtle aspects of our being and when paired with asana (the postures) this allows for a mindful moving meditation. Class will include a variety of strength and mobility based postures including standing, lying and seated shapes always with modifications and progressions provided.
