During my online all-levels class, we shift into a mindset of physical and mental well-being creating a comfortable, safe space for ourselves. We move with a gentle yet dynamic flow dedicated to nourishing the mind, body & soul. We use a variety of breath techniques, targeted poses and relaxation methods to create our own personal graceful experience.
A typical class starts with establishing our breath work (pranayama). We ease into some physical poses (asanas) and seal our practice with a guided meditation.
