Gentle Yoga with Sound Healing

Description

Beginning with a short centering & warm up stretches, followed by a gentle yoga practice. Move at a slower pace with attention brought to breath, as well as body awareness. This class encourages mindfulness, uniting a mind and body connection.

Ending with an extended Savasana which will include the healing sounds of the Crystal Singing Bowls.

About Jaime:

Jaime has been practicing yoga for 7 years. She began the practice as a way to calm the mind from a very busy lifestyle. It wasn’t long after that she noticed the numerous benefits yoga had to offer the body & mind. She received her 200Hr certification in 2018 through All That Matters in Wakefield and is now a full time Yoga Instructor!

Jaime has always been very passionate about music so it seemed natural when she began dabbling in sound healing. Now she offers her special ‘Yoga Nidra Meditation + Crystal Bowl Sound Bath’ numerous times through the month at each of the four studios where she teaches.

In her free time, Jaime enjoys being out in the sunshine enjoying nature, playing acoustic guitar gigs with her boyfriend around the state, and cuddling up with her best friend, her kitty, Gus.
