By purchasing our digital event pass, you’ll have access to the day’s content: segments full of style advice, trend predictions and inspiration that you can watch and re-watch.

HOW TO ACCESS THE EVENT

You’ll receive an email with your access link to the event website on Friday, May 21st. Look for an email from Eventbrite *and/or* Glamhive LIVE. To access the event, you must click the link provided.

Note: We will make every effort possible to deliver a live broadcast of our summit. In the event of technical issues, we will email you as quickly as possible with the next steps. If, for any reason, we cannot broadcast live, all sessions will be recorded, and your access link will be sent to you within 14 business days. We cannot issue refunds, but you will have access to all of the recorded content.

Where do I enter my promo code?

After you click on the tickets button, your ticket pop-up page will appear. The 'Enter Promo Code' link will be at the top of this page, above the General Admission heading

Can I access the event if I am located outside of the US?

Yes. When you are purchasing access to the recordings, your ticket, you'll notice that the cell phone field shows US format. Ignore this and just enter in your cell number with country code. Ensure you fill out all (*) required fields to enable the 'Place Order' button. You will then be directed to the PayPal portal whereby you can pay via PayPal or just enter in a Credit Card.

What's the refund policy?

While there are no refunds for our Digital Spring Style & Beauty Summit, your registration is transferable to another individual.

Will the event be recorded?

Yes! All sessions are planned to be recorded, and you’ll have access to them. NOTE: We will make every effort to record all sessions; if some sessions do not record, we will not issue refunds or partial refunds.
