Yoga, Nature, Sound Bath & GOATS?

Yes please!

Participants create a playground for our rescued baby goats by doing simple yoga sequences as taught by a certified yoga instructor, amongst trees nestled within a beautiful shaded canyon.

Experience the joy of goats massaging your back, deepening your stretch, strengthening your core, opening your heart and testing your balance!

The practice will close with a soothing sound bath "Shabaaahsana" meditation, performed by Daryl the goat guardian from the Mystical Sanctuary.

Goat snuggles and goat photos (ghotos) included before, during and after class!

Where is the event located? Nestled inside a quiet canyon of the Burbank foothills. The address, details & meet up instructions will be disclosed to ticket holders.

Do I need to know how to do yoga to participate? Nope! Goat yoga is for all levels -suitable for first time yogis as well as for seasoned practitioners who want new challenge themselves or just play with goats!

What are the requirements to join the event? All attendees must sign waivers before participating. Minors must be accompanied by and signed for by a parent or legal guardian. We recommend participants weigh at least 75 lbs .

What should I bring / wear to the event? If you are not fully vaccinated, wear a face mask to protect yourself and others when you are within 6' of anyone outside of your household. Wear comfortable exercise clothes that protect your skin from goat hooves. Bring drinking water to stay hydrated.  Yoga mat &/or full sized towel are optional. Be sure to have your phone or camera ready to capture unforGOATable moments!

Is it okay to bring food? You will have the opportunity to feed the goats treats that we bring for them. If you'd like to enjoy something to eat before or after the event, there are several picnic tables scattered throughout the park.

Are pets allowed? Please leave your pets at home - the goats can experience stress in the presence of unfamiliar animals.

Where can I park? There is plentiful free parking along side the picnic areas inside the canyon.

What's the refund policy? If there are city wide restrictions preventing outdoor limited-attendance, physically-distanced gatherings, or if the weather is unsuitable, paid participants may request a full credit or refund.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can show us a picture of your digital ticket on your electronic device.

 Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes, please email hellocritteryoga@gmail.com to let us know the name of the person(s) attending in your place
