With sustainability, comfort, and community in mind, this cutting-edge project is leading the way for a better Infill Development in our Perth suburbs. Through clever design and innovative thinking "4 Homes, 4 families AND 40 trees” were carefully developed around combating the impacts of climate change (hotter and drier summers), loss of nature, heat island effect and the isolation of human beings through covid and the gluttonous trend to build bigger, unsustainable disconnected homes.
