Advance Community Health is celebrating 50 years of delivering quality, compassionate primary care!

Serving the Wake and Franklin County communities since 1972, Advance Community Health has been an anchor of quality care for patients of all ages, backgrounds, and income levels, conducting over 75,000 visits annually! Our community-based, patient-driven health centers provide a variety of services including primary care, pediatrics, dental care, nutrition education, behavioral health counseling, a 340B pharmacy, mobile health services, health care for the homeless programs, and so much more!

In celebration of this momentous occasion, we are excited to present our first ever ”Hearts of Gold" gala. We invite you to join us on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Raleigh Union Station, as we commemorate this special anniversary and 50 years of service to our community. All proceeds from the Gala will help continue to fund our mission to deliver quality, compassionate, primary healthcare – every patient, every time – in response to the needs of our communities.

The Hearts of Gold Gala will be a full evening experience, including a look back through the history of Advance Community Health from our humble beginnings in 1972. Take in the beautiful views of downtown Raleigh from the rooftop terrace during our VIP cocktail reception, and you won’t want to miss the unique live and silent auction items, live band, and special guests from throughout the community.

For 50 years, Advance Community Health has diligently served Wake and Franklin counties, but our work is far from over. Through your support of our gala, you will impact several Advance Community Health initiatives including Mobile Health, ACH Cares Prescription Assistance, Healthcare for the Homeless programming at Oak City Cares and the Women’s Center, Voter Education, our Community Ambassador Program and more! With your help, we can continue to push forward our mission and help shift the landscape of healthcare in our community.
