About this Event

This workout combines tabata style HIIT with interval based running. This is designed for beginners all the way to advanced. There are different groups and pace levels within each workout.

COVID-19 Update:

Due to Pandemic Health concerns, Masks are required whenever you are not running. We also ask that everyone stays 6-ft apart at all times during the workout. Health screening questions are required prior to arrival.

Due to COVID, there will be no bag check and water must be provided on your own.

Times and distances may vary each week. Sometimes running gets boring and you just want more.....well welcome to MORE!

Pre-Visit Screening of Members for COVID Infection or Exposure

Given the widespread of COVID in communities, an individual’s COVID infection or

exposure status may change rapidly. This screening should occur within 48 hours

of your DC Run Crew visit

This screening aims to identify those with an active COVID 19 infection, with a

recent history of COVID infection, and/or close contact of someone with a lab-

confirmed COVID infection before their scheduled live workout.

Additional visitation restriction may be applied if the answer “Yes” to any questions

In the last 48 hours, have you had any of the following NEW symptoms?

Fever of 100 F (37.8 C) or above with alternating chills and sweating

  • Cough
  • Trouble breathing
  • Shortness of breath or severe wheezing
  • Chills or repeated shaking with chills
  • Muscle aches
  • Sore throat
  • Loss of smell or taste, or a change in taste
  • Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
  • Headache

If you answer "YES" to any of these questions we respecfully ask that you stay home and stay safe.
