Homebrewed Comedy at Tap House 66

Homebrewed Comedy hits the stage at Tap House 66 in Johnson City on Thursday, Oct. 20. Zack Hammond is headlining the show and Rasheed Wesley is joining host Mike Peters.

The show starts at 7 p.m., and tickets are $5 at the door, which opens at 6:30. Come out and enjoy the show.

About the comedians:

Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters performed at the Funny Bone in Syracuse, the Greenwich Village Comedy Club in New York City, won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle and opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske, and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York and hosts his weekly podcast, On the Mic with Mike Peters.

Williamsport comedian Rasheed Wesley Jr., a Chester, Pa., native, has been performing consistently in the North Central region of Pennsylvania since 2016 and worked at the Broadway Comedy Club in New York City. Known for his stage presence, storytelling and unique life perspectives on race, family and his own sexuality, Wesley, Jr. has performed with the likes of Mark Viola, Jennifer McAuliffe, Krish Mohan and Chris Thayer.

Originally from Maryland, Zack Hammond has been doing stand-up for more than a decade and has traveled all over the country while working on recording his four albums, including his latest, “... Because I’m Considerate.” He performs regularly at Wise Crackers in Scranton and has worked in New York City, Philadelphia and Baltimore and opened for Doug Stanhope. Known for his dark take on life, the world and humanity, Hammond won the 2010 NEPA Comedy Idol and NEPA Scene’s Got Talent in 2015.
