A few years ago, if someone mentioned the word 'routine' I'd have to resist the urge to hide my head under the covers. To me, routines meant boring, predictable, and monotonous. They filled me with dread. After all, I already had routines full of work, laundry, and commitments. Why would I want MORE of that?! I just wanted to have fun and feel fulfilled.

But, I also knew my health needed to be a priority. This meant establishing new habits and routines that would help me get and stay well. That’s when I discovered this wonderful ritual to start my day and learned the tools to make it stick. Now, I love my mornings and I want you to love yours too.
