Howl at the Super Moon Paddle Tour

Description

An adventurous experience you won't forget as we paddle under the light of the full super moon. Discover the natural side of nightlife, gliding on a celestial reflection of stars and planets, all to the harmonious sounds of the night. Paddling through the darkness of night feels primitive and may bring out your wild side…get ready to hooooooooowl!

We'll meet at the giant cypress-covered park where your experienced guide will assign you to quality and fitted paddleboard gear, glow stick, and review safety. Then we'll launch the boards from the easy, gradual entry, sandy beach and begin our tour. Paddling by moonlight we'll slip through peaceful Lake Maitland to Dog Island. The island is wooded with large oaks and palms, and trails to hike through to the other side. It also boasts pretty, sandy beaches where we can chill and enjoy BYO drinks or anchor and float while laying back and counting stars.

Optional is a Lunar SUP Yoga Flow, where we'll anchor and practice an all-levels, 30 minute Moon Salutation, or quieting sequence that invites you to cultivate the moon’s soothing lunar energy.

Then we'll paddle back in bliss to our launch site, with convenient access to restaurants and bars for post-paddle refreshments.
