Mitigation Strategies to Protect Food Against Intentional Adulteration Rule (21 CFR 121) is the newest part of Food Safety Modernization Act. The rule requires businesses that hold, pack, process or manufacture food to conduct vulnerability assessment to identify significant vulnerabilities.
