Previously, Clay was the Broker In Charge of Coldwell Bankers Lake Norman Office owned and operated by Realogy.

Clay's interest in the iBuyer program derived from his aggravation with online, real estate marketing sites presenting the idea that traditional Agent/Broker services could be done with the click of a mouse. Suggested listing price, home values, and the ability to research homes, currently on the market, was just a start. Clay has studied the iBuyer system and has a great understanding on how their programs help and hurt the industry. His ideas, strategies and "Chumming" technique has proven successful in both North and South Carolina.
