I'm Emmy, a qualified vinyasa yoga teacher.

Join me every Wednesday in October for an indoors vinyasa flow yoga class in Fulham, London.

My classes are an empowering vinyasa flow, with music & a soul-searching, poetic vibe to improve flexibility, concentration & connection with yourself. I offer lots of modifications in the studio class to suit all levels, plus a welcoming shivasana to relax at the end.

Starts: 6.45pm-7.45pm

Availability: Studio holds five spaces only so book early to avoid disappointment :)

What you need: Yourself! Wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats are available to use in the studio; you are welcome to bring your own too!
