This class is interactive and personalized.

You have the opportunity to arrive early at 8:45 am, or soon after, and before class starts to privately send a message to me through the chat to let me know what concerns, desires, and/or any limitations you would like to have addressed for yourself in class that day!

I will then customize the class anonymously with what each of you has communicated and requested so that individual attention is assured! 

In preparation, please, prior to class time, set up your space to do your yoga, and your computer/device to make sure you are seen standing and sitting.

Fine Body Yoga®

Yoga is more than a physical exercise for gross body fitness. Yoga is about mastering your humanity in all its forms. It is to cultivate and enrich an integral experience of your whole self. This is the intention of Fine Body Yoga®!

It is primarily based on the very first principle of the very first limb of yoga: Ahimsa (Non-Force/Gentleness).

FBY® is a practice to have our bodies supple and strong, instead of hard.

FBY® is a practice to have our minds aware and receptive, versus imposing and limited.

FBY® is a practice to have our hearts be calmly pulsing, rather than stressing.

FBY® is a practice to have our movements be with ease and grace, instead of aggression.

FBY® is a practice to have our energies be vital and flowing without obstructions.

FBY® is created for a deep internalized refining of self-discovery and self-realization through methodical guided sequencing of yoga energy techniques, stances and poses with a cultivating intention of presence.

The benefits can include:

• opening the the body’s energetic system;

• strengthening the vital breath;

• correcting structural imbalances and alignment; and

• stabilizing the mind and the emotions.

These benefits build, refine, strengthen and sustain a solid foundation for significant progress and a higher connection to Source, and can be directly applicable, beneficial, and complementary for other styles of movement and physical practices! Yay!
