Sheaba Chacko is a leadership coach, consultant, and licensed therapist. She teaches professional women how to optimize their confidence, performance, and relationships so they can experience all around success at work and at home.

When women feel stuck in a situation there are a number of things at play - things spoken and unspoken. There may be a look, a tone, an incongruence, or some pattern of behavior - that sets off alarm bells.

The ding sets in motion a sequence of guess work, inference, and predictions. It can be exhausting, overwhelming, and sometimes maddening. So let's ease the load. Together, we'll tackle one challenging person or situation from work making you feel stuck.
