In this experiential 5-week course you will discover the practicality of ancient Raja Yoga meditation for everyday life and living. Through reflection, discussion and practice, you will learn about your inner virtues and powers and how to create a peaceful mind through meditation. Raja Yoga meditation enables you to create happy, positive, and powerful thoughts and feelings. It is not about stopping your thoughts but rather learning how to create thoughts that create deeper experiences of peace, love and joy into your life.

This course will help you:

• Gain a better understanding of the self

• Learn to use the power of your thoughts to create peace and happiness

• Create a practical and simple meditation practice

• Sustain more positive relationships with the self and with others

This course is perfect for anyone beginning a meditation practice or looking to deepen their understanding of their thoughts, feelings and inner virtues and powers.
